Well, Redang can have all the Rich and Famous all they want. Sometime, I wonder if the the Rich & famous wants to come to an island that have so many laws/rules our country have.No Nudes, No Alcohol after 12am.In fact , at the present rate its not cheap for us local to holiday in our own country. For the price of a 3 nites stay in Redang one could have a week at some nicer island such as Phuket, Koh Sumui , Ko Lanta in Thailand.
Look at Pangkok Laut an up market for the rich. Wonder if they have the Market?

I just got back from a week holiday during their peak period for the Bike week and Songkran. My total budget spend was only RM 1500for 2 person inc: Hotel-4star, Meals ,drinks, massage,gifts and petrol.
