Brought this Jambu Epal (RM10 ) at cameron, it is crunchy and sweet. Is this a natural or artificial product ?

Thanks for sharing all the nice photos.

Is the Belum Resort access from somewhere along the East-West highway (the highway that connects Perak to Kelantan)?

Yes, the one go thro' Banding Island and Gerik. Check the links/infos with the map below.

Beside Belum Rainforest Resort, there another call the Tasik Temenggor Discovery Island (http://www.ttdi.com.my/content/view/15/46/) also called Belum Eco Resort (http://www.belumecoresort.com/).

OK. Thanks for the info. I think I stopped by the entrance to see the big lake once when I was driving from Penang to Kota Bahru. However, that day, there was absolutely no wind or breeze at all, so we felt very very sweaty & sticky when we stepped out of the car into the open, and after walking about for a few minutes it was unbearable, and we continued on our drive. I was just wondering whether it was like that during your visit.

The period when we were there was on 21st - 23rd June, the weather was ok because its rain on that day (21st afternoon) and the scenery along the way was nice ( see Pictures ). On the second day ( 22nd June ), during treking a little warm but later the boat ride cool us down. Then later in the afternoon when we went to Gerik town for meal, it rain again. Overall the weather quite acceptable( for us ).
