Free Garmin GPS Map for Philippines

Hello everyone,

I remember there was a thread containing all the free maps for Garmin for around the world, but i cant seem to find them anywhere.

Anyhow, i found a philippines community GPS forum, similar to Malfreemaps. their map is good and i was able to walk around with it without getting lost.

However, do take note, it is very similar to Malsingmaps, where there is 2 types of maps. 1 is for contributors (latest) and the other is for public download (old map). i am using the old map, and is working like a charm.

for this philippines map, you MUST use mapsource to send the map to your device. It works well and have a lot of POI. although malfreemaps still looks better.

perhaps we can have a collaboration with them, similar to our counterpart in indonesia?
