Will be making a trip to Malacca tomorrow. Appreciate any recommendation for dinner, breakfast and tits bits to hand carry home. I have only one morning (at most) in Malacca hence the must see should be around town.
Thank you for reading and any recommendations given.... Cheers!

If you like Hakka food, try the Hakka Special Rest. Got a couple of Bak Kut Teh joints here but nothing to shout about.

Try the Bak Kut Teh here Ah Lang Bak Kut Teh Melaka which is pretty close to NS Melaka / Qmonda

Satay celup only at night. if got time, can try Capitol, but prepare for long wait to get table. The one in Jalan Ong Kim Wee is equally good and no need to wait for too long. Local titbits, try Tan Kim Hock. For lunch, try Chicken rice ball, go for Huang Chang, where the locals go to. Owner is nice person, speaks good English. The one in Jonker Street is expensive and more for tourists. Breakfast, go to Yong Moh dim sum. try their porridge and lotus rice. After breakfast, you can walk down Jonker Street and/or pray at the Chen Hong Temple.
