If you have Mapsource installed on your PC, other than the route, you can actually get the estimated distance and travel time of your journey.

Cheers.

Here is a Mapsource route from Legend Hotel KL to Strawberry Resort at Cameron Highlands

Without unexpected bad traffic conditions, the estimated time for the journey is slightly over 3 hours.

What's good at Frasers Hills that's is better than Cameron Highland? Never visited Frasers... may make a trip there if H1N1 is a problem in China or Korea in Dec...

Cheers!

I dont think you will experience any problems with "heavy and slow moving" traffic going up or down or along the highways in Dec.

The new road going up and down is heavenly. But I still love racing up and own the old road.

Planning to go up one of these coming weekends also.

The thing about strawberries is that, they are best plucked when the day before was sunny. The sun makes them produce more sugar thus making the berries sweeter. If it rained or was cloudy the day before, then the berries will not be sweet.

Now that they have resolved the water supply problem, it is safe to go there. I held off going there for the whole of this year because of the water supply scare.

Both Camerons and Frazers have their individual charms. To me it is a tossup between them. I just love to race up them.
