Re: Belum Rainforest Resort.
Whare can we book a hiking trip while in cameron highland?
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Belum Rainforest Resort.
I've been there several times for fishing, but camping with friend's boat. you can rent a boat at jetty there, don't forget to wear the life jacket before you on board.

you only can get a tour in Belum south, Belum north is a restrict area. Have to get permit first before go in. if not will be shoot by ATM with M16...

Re: Belum Rainforest Resort.
Will be going to Cameron Highlands & Belum Rainforest Resort from 18th - 23rd June 2010.
In CH, likely be going to 'Mossy forest' in cameron for trekking.
As for Belum, will join in one of the Day trekking/hiking package.

At Tanah Rata, look out among the row of shops for one shop that conducts local CH tours & trekking. They have photos of their past customers in action on the wall right at the entrance. They have some itineraries which take you in 4X4 up to Gunung Brinchang where you can climb up a tower and can see Pahang on one side, and Perak on the other. Can see Ipoh town too. Also, they have long and short treks which include Mossy Forest.

Yeah, Mossy Forest is unique experience. Try it, and if you are lucky (weather condition), you will be awed.
