A hunt for steam 松鱼头

Many years back when i travel up north, my friend took me to a place to eat this fishhead, after that i never forget how good it taste, then my friend told me they had shifted and no where to be found until recently he told me he found the location, so very kan cheong, i went up last weekend. Here are the details.

Bro Sin, you can get the BEST 松鱼头 from the following stall :

Hing Long Food Stall
Blk 335 #02-134, Smith St (China Town Complex, next to the chinese temple)

Cheap ($13 per big steam fishhead) and good.
Their cutterfish with kangkong is moh tuck ting. :thumbsup:
Their beef ho fun also the best in SG. :thumbsup:

That glasses is specially made to check whether the fishhead is freshly cook or not..... :lol:
