taipei & HK travelton..

hi guys. how to best spend a 3D2N stint in taipei & later 'swim' across to another 3D2N stay in HK?...what would you do?...by the way..all on your own pocket $$.. 
Very simple :
Taipei : eat. eat. eat.
HK : shop, shop, shop.
And don't forget to cross over to Macau and China (Shenhzen 深圳).
Macau : bet, bet, bet.
Shenzen : shop, shop, shop.
