There are two decent lodges in Semporna. Dragon Inn is on stilts, above water. The other one is on land... can't remember it's name, but it's on the mfm map too. There's also accommodation on Pulau Mabul, but I expect them to be more costly.

that's seaview hotel..it's not bad..can take boat to pulau mabul right in front..

In Semporna, you may also look for Seafest Hotel, a 3-star hotel, nice and reasonable price as well. You can choose sea view or village view, of course different price as well.
