What Must eat or Must visit at Bali Island?

Postby robo » Sun Jun 06, 2010 5:53 pm

Dear all,
I will be going to Bali soon, may I know what MUST eat in Bali? Any Good recommendation?
Beside the Babi Guling at Ibu Oka & Smoke Duck at Bebek Bengil...
Fellows Blogger recommended the Gado-gado & Nasi Campur, anything else?
And do you know any Good SPA center that cater for family?

Appreciate and thanks.

Well..can try Lia Cafe at Jimbaran seafood.. S8 46.235 E115 10.123 probably the cheapest around that area...

my normal cheap restaurant ~ Kuta include warong Yogya S8 42.293 E115 10.105 & another restaurant which I can;t remember the name not far around Mc D Kuta at Jln Legian:

And the cheapest probably ~ a small lane beside poppies 2: S8 43.092 E115 10.437 ( rp 8,000 for fried rice)

Thanks Stimix.
Lia Cafe is in our itinerary, no problem...to me it's a Must visit restaurant.
How's the food at Warong Yogya & the one in the popies 2 Lane? Good?
There's another one call Naughty Nuri Warong (coorect if I'm wrong) is good about Pork Rib, source from internet...have you try it?

Anyway, you reply is really appreciated.
Thanks again. :)

Warong Yogya food just OK but really fanstastic..well..reasonable compare to surrounding resturants ..You can get a fried rice for ~12000 rupiah there compare to 15-20K elsewhere ~ Kuta. Poppies st even cheaper at 8,000rupiah probably the cheapest in Kuta but food - can eat only..& abit dirty.

I love the sukawati art market in Bali, lots of handicrafts and handmade stuff that are really cheap especially if you bargain well.

Thanks farulg. Sukawati Art Market is in our itinerary.

Anyway, I feel our five days tours will NOT enough to cover the Bali Island, I will NOT visit only once for this beautiful island! :)

Any suggestion on the mobile 3G services?
Which is the best coverage? And please advise the cost...
Because I will only activate my VOIP service and not the GSM voice call...
Thanks in advance. :)
