jungle survival

..was wondering if anyone here interested to lose 4 kgs over 4 days while learning how to survive with very minimum supplies and equipment?

Im planning to conduct a Feb 5th to 8th Practical Jungle Survival Course in ulu terong jungles, Perak - xGK22 and xVAT69 instructors btw...

I gain 3 kgs in 3 days when staying inside the jungle (log site)... too much things to eat. :mrgreen:

..that was a goliday jungle camp and not a practical jungle survival course where I even hardly smile :-)

Jan 29th to Feb 1st - we're planning a rugged jungle survival course deep into the jungles of Hulu Terong, Perak...
Departure the nite of Jan 28th of around 9pm....

Sure, nothing beats having a fully outdoor teambuilding programme - Go OUTSIDE to grow INSIDE!!!
