1st day/night in thailand bangkok,abit drunk now. customer car tinted protect UV @ GPS signal, can not do a tracking. :| any idea? :-k

Happens to be with some cabs, get a satellite lock before entering vehicle then wind down window a little and put GPS near it. Works with me.

External antenna module. Stick it on the roof. Most come with magnetic mount.

may be first day come to thailand, now is normal. but too many building.signal is weak. #-o

Tracking in city areas with tall buildings is always an issue - with or withou external antennas too!! And when signal drops, the tracks really gets mess up. I normally concentrate on POI's instead in such situation.

Agreed. High density urban cities are a pain. Once I tried tracking in HK, gave up after constant attempts to get satellite lock on, and when lock on, constant intermittent loss etc... Just collected POIs ....

Bro..Hv try AGPS on Mobile XT??..sounds like Very strong signal..or hv try using Handheld Devices..E-Trex or 60CSX =P~ =P~
