btw, to disable gps signal:

Tools - Settings - System - Remote GPS - click Disable - Done
or
from the "main page" of gmxt, click on ur GPS signal bar - Disable - Done

try it :)

Garmin Mobile XT Time Format...

hi all, I want to know how do you change the time displayed on the lower right hand corner during navigation from 23 hour to 12 hour...thanks for the help.

GMXT's time format follows device's setting. If you're using a Windows Mobile device, the setting is at Regional Settings (sorry, I'm only familiar with a WM device).
I take everything in moderation, including moderation.

my n97 mini already set to 12 hour...but inside garmin its still showing 24 hour format...

Not sure about other OS's but with WM, the time format follows the setting at Regional Settings.

Upgrade to Garmin Mobile XT 50.060

Hi Sifu's,

Currently i am on version 50.050 on Nokia E-72 is it wort to upgrade to 50.060 if yes;

Can someone advice me on how to upgrade it and is there any different in any sence

from the previous version?

i saw 5.00.60 only got taiwan version. the change log show fix 5800 bugs. and official already stop upgrading the garmin mobile xt, right?

[SOLVED] No label for POI in GMXT (Symbian S60 only)

my GMXT running on my nokia N78 symbian60 phone is version 5.00.50.

currently, there's no label displayed next to all the POIs (tested even with maximum zoom in), whether i'm just browsing the map or even navigating. :cry:

i have already checked the settings in Map Featues > POI > Small Label (or whatever size) but problem still persist.

however, label does appear correctly for those polygon areas with a name.

any sifu out there, please help.

I have upgraded my Mobile XT to 6.00.10 and obviously the changes
are for the touch screen devices.

If it is E72...no point! #-o
