I have been trying Papago X5 on my Motorola Milestone XT and it works perfectly.
I also tried RMaps (Sorry I couldn't include the Google Market link because I can't find it there and please don't get me started on the site navigation there :P ) and it looks promising. Includes navigation but not sure if it includes voice. There's an option to use offline maps but need to be created and added to the application's folder. Any idea on how to go about this? The app is free.

Re: GPS app on Android
Thanks for the headsup on RMaps. I have installed this free App from Market and will give it a test run. Another app (although you need to pay) that I have tried is NavDroyd. Off-line maps are available but covers only major cities.

Re: GPS app on Android
I gave up on RMaps after a quick test - no voice navigation and could not find the offline maps.

Can I program an Android application without actually having an Android phone? Does the Android SDK contain anything to test your application on while developing an Android application (much like the iPhone does)?
Re: GPS app on Android
Is there a trial version of Papago? I'd like to test first before buying for my Dell Streak.
