Let Your Gps Rapid Positioning Precision

Postby norhaliza » Tue Jan 12, 2010 2:20 pm

Today, to share with you this week to play a small 5800XM navigation experience.
I use GMxt (version 5.00.60) navigation time of 3 days as usual mileage 40KM.
Many people feel that 5800 is simply the GPS positioning it is too slow.
But today to share tips so that you spend the least money can enjoy the fastest positioning.
First, we all know that 5800 a built-in GPS & A-GPS.
Which further assisted A-GPS positioning takes a little time to the delivery fee.
But every time to use A-GPS navigation must be drawn up, although not all that money.
However, the point being overcharged connection fee is a bad mood.
Shining on the following to do this step after you no longer need to open the A-GPS.

1. To the application - "Location -" Positioning - "Positioning method" assisted GPS "" Built-in GPS "" network infrastructure "ticked all three

2. In the GPS data - "position which is probably to wait for 5 ~ 10 seconds will be made in location-based information.

3. To obtain location-based information after the requests back to the "positioning method" where the "assisted GPS" "network infrastructure" ticked both the abolition of

Then open your navigation software, you will find ultra-fast positioning speed of change is probably as long as 1 to 2 minutes to complete position.
Even better from you do not have to open the A-GPS (assisted GPS) to make money in location-based information transmission of the....
Even if the assisted GPS turned off the speed is the same for each position so fast.
Only takes one A-GPS of the 5800's GPS functionality make money.

PS If the phone after a hard or soft mesh grid please follow the above steps again to conduct a

Has been able to meet only once a A-GPS positioning to achieve rapid results pointed out that according to inspection data.
Should be transmitted in the first A-GPS position information is also downloaded at the same time when the ephemeris position information and stored in the mobile phone into.
The next time dimension is also built-in GPS positioning will first go to read the ephemeris exists in the mobile phone location-based information
Will be able to greatly accelerate the speed of positioning no longer open the A-GPS.

If you have a better GPS positioning welcome to discuss

Re: Can Not Boot After Installed Gmxt On Nokia 5800

Sorry, very difficult to make sense of what you are trying to describe. Did u mean that the Nokia cannot boot or that GMXT cannot boot, except to remove and re-insert the SD Card?

If u want to transfer all the data into the new 8GB SD Card, then u will need a PC to act as the intermediary. If u have programs installed in the SD Card, then I think there's a high chance it will still work, because the linkage would still be the same. Except for Garmin MXT of course, as the Serial Key is tied to the SD Card. A new installation would be needed in any case if the SD Card is changed.

Is there any way to solve do??
Each boot seems to be pulling memory card is not the answer ""
PS: My original nokia memory card is equipped with memory cards (memory card would be the problem?)
How can I do? If the original memory card format will not be a better arrangement?
I want all the original memory card copy data to my newly purchased 8G memory card. 8G card installed, but only found a lot of software are missing? How can I do?
Thank you greatly help.

Original Garmin Mobile XT card available in uSD card MUST be use as purchased.

The software is LOCKED to uSD card ID and CANNOT be transferred to another uSD card.

There is sufficient memory to use phone with GMXT but not to load other data such as songs, movies etc.... you will have to switch cards.

if u install lot of software, 5800 will appear this symptom.
i noticed that if i didt install python, it is better.

i hard reset the phone to rectify the problem.

Bro SOSweet, I believe bro norhaliza is trying to inform us that when using Nokia 5800, we need not use AGPS to get location tracking feature thus saving money .... :-k
