i try install garmin mobile XT my HTC but, he give me this message..."setup is not a valid pocket pc application"..pls help me what can i do to succes install garmin in my HTC

I believe that EXE file is a PC app which has to be run from a PC. Make sure your handset is Activesync'd to the PC when running the program.

Zarahi, did you download the "Garmin Mobile XT for Windows Mobile, Ver. 5.00.20w, as of Sep 25, 2008"? I believe your device should be using that one.

Like what tympg said, your pda must be Sync's(Hooked) to the PC when you are installing the software.

can anyone help me, I am new here.

I downloaded

Garmin Mobile XT
Garmin Mobile XT Support Files
Garmin Mobile XT Free BaseMap

then I run them to install in the Storage Card2 of my HTC P3300. But when the phone say to install, I clicked agree on the terms and condition, then it says cannot install due to low memory...

but I have tons of space left on my memory card. but phone memory only 3MB left of free storage...

can anyone help me how to install Garmin XT INSIDE the memory card?

Anyone knows how to "Search nearby" in GMXT? just like in Google maps. This is handy when you plan to go somewhere eg. looking for a hotel to stay neraby an airport or a hospital.
