dear ajay,

i did't use agps. fyi, i installed xt 5.20 in 2009 and run smoothly (very fast to connect to satellite), then i never use it. now i tried to on my garmin again, unfortunately cannot get satellite. last night i uninstalled and install new version 5.50 included new map oct 2012. garmin function correctly as previous, but just stuck to find satellite.

so, could you inform me how to test the gps can working/ find satellite?
btw, how to to use agps? i will try it.
thanks a lot

actually i never used gps app on nokia before but i think there is a simple gps app on the phone to test the gps signal, including ability to use agps (ie get signal thru network data like google map). once u get it locked then your garmin app should be able to get the signal.

i no longer use gmxt so i cant remember whether it got option to turn on agps or not.
