New Maps release for the Ovi Maps, it's version 0.1.24.114, donno what change though but have ppl feedback the maps response faster

i love the interface of ovi map a lot...damn smooth and easy to use...the 3D landmark is pretty cool too..but the map really crap...too few POI...so still stick to the laggy garmin thanks to its MFM maps...
any plan for MFM integrate into ovi map?? that would be the best gps device

Hi guys, I just bot a nokia E71. Manage to install nokiamaps as well as GMXT using MFMmaps. In comparison, wy feel so far is that for MFMmaps has brilliantly more details but speed wise both are equal.

anyone free enough to convert all the POI in garmin mfm into nokia ovi maps poi?

why i was charged even though i already set the browsing to offline?!??! i was just browsing other country's map which i've downloaded from nokia map loader.

what else setting i missed that i need to set in order to no charge at all??

i download ovi map via wifi on my e72. i think it loads the malaysia and singapore map on my phone and there's no data charges while navigating...so far i'm pretty happy with it..it gets me from A to B. can't expect much because its free.

If you are using s60v5 device. Try to upgrade it to ovimap 3.06 with the latest maps. So far I know only 3.06 can support latest map. Using it and love it.

i try to use ovi map in this few day ,is easy to use , but not very nice view compare with Garmin.and i comform there will auto charge even i change to offline mode . cause my phone bill already RM200 just for internet than i change my internet setting to wifi only so the ovi map cannot connect GPS already . Better use Garmin .
