PROBLEM WITH SEARCHING POI NEARBY PAPAGO M11

when i download papago m11, copy into my GALAXY S4 smartphone and search for nearby poi...it shows message that say
NO RESULTS...so how can i solve this problem...PLS HELP ME...IM BEGGING YOU ALL OF YOU IN THIS FORUM.

My M11 works nicely when I select "Nearby POI" with the quick search button. Your Location setting is ON presumably.

same issue when i try to search poi n poi nearby
NO RESULT
