I have a Gps etrek20 handheld unit
i have a smartphone running on android
I have USB cable
I want best of both world. The gps reception from handheld and the map display on smartphone.
Questiion is how to link both? I there an app for this? Any rooting way?

i think there is no way to do it at the movement.

what software to plan to use in phone? now many phone have better signal receiving than handheld.

Garmin has a smartphone link software available in Google playstore and Apple store but only compatible with certain Nuvi and Zumo models
