The map (provided by this forum) is free. But the GPS software (Papago) you still have to buy.
Thank you.

Absolutely, our MAP is FREE... !!
you can not to have distinguish which one software and which one is the Map ?

the map is ours, but the NAVIGATION software is belong to Garmin, Papago etc..
then you must buy navigation software from garmin or papago.. not from us

we 're only voulunteer to creates good map and free for all..!

we've spent time, energy, cost to big effort to make Map FREE, dude..
then ...buy original NAVIGATION software, boy...!

The internet data plan when navigating using google maps is actually used to download the map data along the way.
Since the GPS software (that you are going to buy) will use the map data locally (which is downloaded to your Android device beforehand), there will be no downloading of the map data, thus internet data plan is not necessary.
Unless if you have AGPS (assisted GPS) enabled on your device, then when acquiring satellite, you might incur some data charges. To avoid this, just disable AGPS.
Hope this helps.
