Re: Fixing the continuous recalculation problem
Yes, it did but the frequency is far less than Jalan Bkt Gambir. I'll retrack Bkt Gambir again to see if it matches with my old tracks. One point to note is that traveling from Bayan Lepas to Gelugor (almost 50% chance) is a lot worst than the other direction. This will be a good route to experiment... isn't it? Let's nail it... cheers!

Re: Fixing the continuous recalculation problem
I have always set the Nuvi or GMXT to Lock on Road. When both were turn On at the same time usually the Nuvi will hit the problem first than follow by the GMXT. In lesser instance the GMXT is able to hold the direction. Hence, the drift looks to be unit depend too and is not just confined to signals integrity. Strangely, I have not seen this happen when I'm using my Holux M1200/nRoute/GPSgate/Notebook setup (I use this to track). Will test all 3 at one go again. Hope this helps... cheers!

Re: Fixing the continuous recalculation problem
Bro Moey, please set your Nuvi and GMXT to show "at gps location" i.e. turn off lock on road. Test and report the result.
