I'd say go for the whole Penang Island; the most significant junction in Penang is the Penang Bridge junction, which is not in George Town.

There is another area which is equally important - identification of junctions that need junction view pictures. All expressways entrance and exit will have junction views. In addition to that, we need to identify other junctions. It is best for a local of each of our major cities to volunteer for this role (I'll call it JCV coordinator first)

Role: JCV Coordinator
Job: Compile GDB file of junctions that need junction view pictures. Keep track of those completed. Highlight errors

We need one JCV-C for each major city. Please volunteer.

1. KL + Klang Valley - ss173b
2. Singapore - Chuah --> Submitted 216 JV locations in Singapore. fast and furious ..........
3. Alor Setar - keong8260
4. Penang - moeyhc
5. Ipoh -
6. Kota Bharu -
7. Kuala Terengganu -
8. Kuantan - Chinwy
9. Seremban -
10. Melaka -
11. JB -

As a reminder, we still don't have the capability to implement JCV on Garmin. It is most likely that our JCV will be implemented on Papago X3. I will post the announcement upon confirmation.

When prepare your data, preferred in .gdb format:

1. To specify the lanes for each of these JV location in comments, for e.g. 2L3C2R, meaning 2 left exit, 3 Centre lanes, 2 right exit. This is for us to assign our generic junction view pictures to these locations.

2. To snap photos for these JV. This is for actual JV that we are going to draw and replace the generic JV picture later on.(Not the 1st priority at the moment)

For a start, we need item 1 first, either get it from google image(if possible) or physically record down when pass by these area.

:tq:
