Yes you can view the map in mapsource but in Mapedit IMG file.

Are you sure? The screenshots worth more than thousand words. But, Mapedit cannot view, garmin compiled IMG files, I think.

BTW, I did not use any MSM maps anymore, except for evaluation. We have mfm already... Go mfm, go further..
