Tested the KB to Ipoh route early July, but actually using KB- Gua Musang, then Gua Musang - Ipoh for Routing.
Seem to be ok for such distance.

So far my navigational setup with 60csx unit is according from the current location to nearest city or points preferred ie..Kul-Kuala Lipis-Sg Yu-Merapoh-GuaMusang-Kuala Krai-Hanna Inn.
In the near future will tryout from Kul-Hanna Inn and see how it goes on the routing and shall feedback status.

Ok here's my report on the unusual routing from Kul-Hanna Inn.I have used 2 gps units for this purpose.
My 60csx unit..there's no issue at all the routing seemed to be fine
Gmxt(Nokia E 71)..Upon navigating from Kul-Hanna Inn...it directs me to enter Kuala Lipis instead of going straight on highway 8...the setting is all accordingly.

Ok guys same scenario on the 2nd of September 09 using mfm 1.73 map.Now my 60csx redirects or navigate to Kuala Lipis instead of navigating straight up.Gmxt seemed to be ok now. ...why aar?

travel from penang to besut.. but garmin can't calculate the route... only after junction to baling... entering new route baling grik..only garmin can calculate the route... try to calculate from besut to penang ..same thing happen... any advise

My garmin xt was unable to calculate route from Paser Puteh(Kelantan), to Penang, perak.

From Machang (UITM) to JB (Danga Bay)
using fastest route and also shortest distance - in pahang near route14 (jabor area) it goes straight and did not use E8 (ECE) which should be faster .. it then continue into route3 is it because exit 834 jabor is using a smaller road size compared to E8?
to my naked eye... entering E8 and then exiting at exit 830 Gambang should be faster.

I've got similar outcome using GMXT WM 5.00.20. No problem using Nuvi710. Tested using MFM 091214.
