For Vista HCx, only GMAPSUPP.img is recognised. GMAPPROM.img and GMAPBMAP.img are not recognised (the base map that came with the unit is neither removable nor changeable). Neither are the GMAPSUPx.img series where x is a number.

My nuvi 760 (Sin/Mal Ver) can use gmapprom as POIicon & gmapsup2 as MalsingPOI.
gmapsup2 also can be support as others map.
