Hi members,

The new MFM-Garmin map next week will include an optional Chinese Simplified POI map. This is a search-only map i.e. the Chinese label will not be displayed in the map unless if it is a search result. Garmin devices that support Chinese characters will be able to use this map.

The reason for this map is for the searching of places and food and historical POIs with unique Chinese name. I'll like to invite you to contribute Chinese POIs. In addition, I would appreciate someone among our contributors or polygon mappers to volunteer as coordinator of these POIs.

Please post at this topic your contribution in either mp, gdb or text with coordinates format.

p.s. We are also able to support Arabic POIs if there is any interest to compile :)

I am very familiar with Johor Chinese schools. If you want me to translate them into Chinese, it will be my pleasure to help.
