Bro Myin, those are only verses from the holy book of Islam, the Quran. I'm afraid there is no info of the mosque inscribed anywhere in the photo.

Bro. Myin, usually names of mosque, churches, Temples can be found at the main gate. That it should be it is.

You can snap the name on the main gate if there is.

You might consider put the name as "Surau Kampung XX / Surau Taman XX".
