I really had a very unpleasant trip to Bukit Tinggi last Friday when this "Papago.exe" application error occurred quite a number of times along karak highway till Colmar Tropicale. Every time I got to reset in the middle of highways and waited for it to acquire satellite signal (it took quite long time to successfully lock the signal because the car was moving, I can't stop by the highways) and really pissed me off and frustrated

This is a serious BUG in the map or perhaps software. Hope someone can really look into that!

Re: Free MFM-Papago 100218 map
to me.. lost of satellite signal is not the fault of papago or the map. its mostly cause by your equipment or bad weather. on open space doesnt mean u will 100% get signal. i have experience this before. and tested on 2 device and result is the same because can not locate signal.

But will "lost of signal" cause the "papago.exe" application error and hang or freeze the device? I don't think that was due to the lost of signal. This error will also happen when try simulating the route.

Sometime during reset, the configuration files will be corrupted. Delete this file in the folder \Navi\Save will solve
the problem.
By pressing the on/off, will put the device under suspend mode, and if it is not used for a files, will drain the
battery, and also at times, it will also corrupted that file. As such, if it is not to going to be used for a while
press the on/off switch for 6s to perform shutdown.
Hope this helps.

Should make papago more robust in terms of software and hardware, more efficient in handling errors. It is sometimes or most of the time not convenient to hook up the papago to the pc to perform files deletion, we do not know when/where the file will be corrupted.
