hi im using iphone ppg but after i update the x8.5 120104 map, i cant open my ppg. is there anything can fix it?

I am a newbie for using this GPS, i want to ask is it just download this MFM-PPG-X8.5-120104 rar and extract it and paste inside E:/MobileNavigator/Maps , and delete the previous MFM-PPG-X8.5-111208 then can use the latest map already?
