And thereafter, add another location and select "Set Destination" (before setting destination, you may also add via points or stops along the way). Then it will calculate the route. Finally select "Simulation" to simulate the route.

Check again to ensure you have uploaded the new maps to ...\maps\MFM folder

Yes, the folder is in there but somehow the software is not seeing it.

For the next update, you can create another folder, say, MFM2, and copy all the new files here. What you will get are 2 mfm maps, ie current (new) and previous one. Once you're happy with the new one, you could delete the old one from the folder. Think of it as a backup map.

Hi guys,

Somebody mentioned a few pages before, on the fatal error occurred when navigating karak highway. Experienced the same thing somewhere before the tunnel on the way to the east (using 100127 and 100211 versions). Is it due to the papago software problem? or is it the map? The december 2009 map version do not seem to have that problem. Someone also did mentioned if using 100106 version also no problem.

To guys from m3gps,

My GPS was purchased from a local French Hypermarket. No brand name, but was informed made in taiwan. Are they using legitimate M3 papago x3 or maybe they have managed to modify Taiwan's version? :( The application file is navi24800.exe. Apart from the above problem, everything is ok except slight lag (1 or 2 second) on the position shown on the screen as compared to your actual position. So my question is, if I purchase your x5 (if the papago x3 is not from you), can it be used on this unit? and, will it resolve the above problem? (fatal error, reduce lag etc).

Best regards

Definitely yours is an illegitimate Papago device. And I believe the X5 for Papago PND is only available as an upgrade to legit Papago PNDs.
