Downloading for last hours.... only 2% done!

Brothers, 10 minutes ago, by using Chrome, it only toke less than 3 seconds to download the MFM-PPG-S100218 file of size 299KB into a Win7 PC. It is fishy as usually it will take more than 5 minutes. Anyway click the downloaded file and start installing it but was only found "file is corrupted". Same result for subsequent tries. No point for others to try except to wait until the problem is identified and fixed - unless I have missed out something.

There's really no problem with the file, if it's downloaded fully (MFM-Papago C100218 is about 130MB, while MFM-Papago S100218 is about 100MB). Managed to download my copy early in the morning, and it's able to be executed. However currently the download speed is awfully slow.
