MFM-Papago release feedback

Just replaced the maps on the M6 Taiwan version for Android phone on my Nexus One. The application is able to run but I have not tried the navigation as yet.

The files which cannot be copied over are

MapAniPOI.psu
R51_prp.kuf
R51_SSC.hdr

MFM files that have to be renamed

MapAniPOI.psu to MapAniPOI.psz
papago.dbp to PAPAGO.DBP
standard.mb6 to Standard.mb6

This is for the licensed version.

I copied all the files from the Taiwan version to my SD card. After that, copy over the MFM files except for the following files

MapAniPOI.psu
R51_prp.kuf
R51_SSC.hdr

Rename the MFM MapAniPOI.psu to MapAniPOI.psz and copy that to the SD card. In the SD card, rename

papago.dbp to PAPAGO.DBP
standard.mb6 to Standard.mb6

Then install the application into the phone.

Tried the navigation last night and it's working great! Thanks for the maps!

Which model r u using ?

For M3 devices - routing fix dated 12 March 2010
For Holux devices - routing fix dated 23 March 2010

Step:
1 Register your R5800 at M3 asia ( http://support.m3gps.com/ )
2 download that fix route file below Papago software list.
3 connect your R5800 to Pc/Laptop.
4 Replace that file.

Yes, follow the steps given by aha17 above, and makesure you delete the "sys.cfg" and "~sys.cfg" under the "SAVE" folder.

You can use the map for Papago X5 for Android. I'm using that with Android Papago M6 with no problems.
