MFM-Papago Map 110301 Feedback

guys great work in producing such a wonderful map. but im using papago x5 android, i dont see any lane assist. what i only see so far is junction views. besides the JCV is blocking the top left corner of the screen. is there something missing or its normal? n one more thing i cant seem to search any address. does any1 encounter the same problem? thanks for ur reply

yes there are line assist ( N3.08388 E101.61493 ) try in demo on the above coordinate

ok i can search address now. but my apologies i do not know how to enter coordinate into my phone. is it possible that a JCV can appear together with a lane assist or only one at a time?im very new to papago. been using garmin. sometimes it says to be prepared to stay in the right lane. im assuming a lane assist should pop up?

i have download MFM-PPG_110301S and renew on M8 papago for my iphone,
but the new map does not work well.. can anyone help??

I have install in my iphone4 and no issue, did you rename the 5 file before copying into yr phone.

Rename :

MapAniPOI.psu to MapAniPOI.psz
MapAniPOI_VGA.psu to MapAniPOI_VGA.psz
Papago.dbp to papago.dbp
standard.mb6 to Standard.mb6
standard_L.mb6 to Standard_L.mb6

I had install on my Samsung Galaxy Tab, but it said resolution not support?
Any Solution??

Hi,

i've downloaded the 110301C and copied to my Galaxy S SD card under the folder NaviSEA/Maps/ . i've erased the 100415 map folder. Papago X5 has no problem executing but when i look into Settings and check for map version , it still shows Malfreemaps.com 100415 even though this map was erased. Anyone knows what is the issue? Thanks.

took longer than usual to sync with sats map went crazy when driving in urban areas in sg

quite bad as i depended it today to route me to unfamilar place even restarting device didnt help had to count on my instincts to get to destination

on one occasion the map was shown moving in opposite direction i am moving

using waway 4310

have to switch back to old map this map cause me problems dare not use it for driving up north

Had the same problem with Papago R6600. The GPS fix went crazy and the map went haywired.
It took forever to fix GPS like more than 10 minutes and then went crazy again.
Dunno if it is X7 issue?

I suspect (suspect only ah, don't bombard me ah) PAPAGO will ask you to u-turn at ANY traffic light junction.

I'm not able to confirm this at the moment as most traffic lights in Kota Kinabalu allow us to make u-turn. When I simulate route in KL, it seems that it has no problem to find a the nearest u-turn. Most of them at the nearest traffic light.

This can be a very serious issue. Can someone confirm this please?
