IMO, it does not sound right to force a pay upgrade or stop the support of any equipment in just 2 yrs.
Asking MFM not to provide update of map is a breach of their lifetime map update commitment.
I feel sorry for those caught in this situation.

Agreed Even Honda owners can have their "Product Update" after 5 years of service. Give a little bit more of social responsibility-lah.

Checked with M3GPS and was told I can't upgrade my merely 2 years old Z880 to X8. Now waiting for Eastgear advice to resolve the Map upgrade issue. The end of support announcement from Maction came too soon, too sudden, it seems to me to be more a business decision than a technical decision.
