MFM-Papago Map 110301 Feedback

I am using x5 map version 'Malfreemaps.com 100415' for my android 2.2 phone.

when i follow the instruction on http://talkatkeong.blogspot.com/2011/03/how-to-install-mfm-papago-map-into.html to replace my map version, I cant do it successfully,what should i do?

Btw, the time to wait for the loading maps is around 10 minutes on my phone after I open my phone, what is the problem?
