Thousands of POI, if not million.
Why would you like to know that? Any Poi that missing from your area, please contribute to make it millions POI.

i've asked some of the gps sales people and they have given many different figures. i remember seeing the total figure long time ago..i think it was one of the earlier release..

anyway..yeah, i would luv to contribute to make it 1 million poi but how far away are we to meeting 1 million poi mark ? are we there yet ?

i don't think how many POIs are a good target. who needs a million POIs but full of crap. it makes the map so busy. as long as important POIs are covered it's fine.
from Garmin Que for Pocket PC to Garmin Mobile XT for Windows Mobile to Nuvi 205W to Papago M9 for Android & now Garmin Nuvi 2576.
