I am a user of PAPAGO model R6300T.

Yesterday while using the map 130307 on a journey from PJ to Jalan Ampang, KL, I noticed several times that there was overlapping of voice during the navigation, resulting in unclear messages.
Could this be a software problem ?

May we know which software version your Papago software right now?

I was using Papago software ver 8.5 when the problem occurred.
This morning I went to M3Asia's office & updated the software to ver 9. I am not sure whether this has solved the problem.
