Hi Bros,

Some of my POIs Class has been changed after I've replaced with this new map.

e.g.
Petrol Station:OK
Parking Area: Bank
Restaurant: OK
Hotel: Parking Area
Shopping: Car workshop/ service center
Transport: Complex
Government: Golf Clubs
Hospitals: OK

Any idea what's wrong?
Appreciate any kinda help...

hi guys, thank u for the hours spent on updating the maps.

here are some feedbacks that i could share from my experience using the latest map update 101201 on my papago r5600.

kota kemuning - damansara

papago directs us to go through one toll at kesas highway *RM 2.20* (we are not sure of the toll gate name, but it is located AFTER passing the exit that leads directly to subang/sunway/usj, it is the first toll gate that we pass through on kesas when travelling from kota kemuning towards KL). we at first thought it would bring us straight to damansara (we are not locals, and girls - go on, make those sexist jokes we dont mind :<), but to our surprise, it lead us to another toll gate (Toll Sunway - RM 1.60) and only to end up in Sunway. papago then directed us to LDP from there.

the glitch here is, papago directs the us to 2 toll gates (1 on kesas and the other one Sunway Toll) when there's a much better route which we are sure is being used by most people which is by 1)taking the left exit that leads directly to subang/sunway and go to LDP from there.

we tried on 1)garmin gps navigator, 2)another papago gps navigator on older version of map and also 3)online gps map; the routes given by these 3 are more accurate as compared to the 101201 papago update. we do understand that we have the choice of enabling the "tollway avoidance" or "highway avoidance" options; however we do intend to use the highway when necessary. (who wants to use the old road to segamat from KL, right?)

i hope our feedbacks are taken in a positive way to better things in the time to come.

thank yous. :)

[Last week I used both Papago X5 Android and Garmin Mobile XT Windows Mobile along PLUS Highway.

Papago Speed Camera alerts spot on exactly where the cameras are usually found. Whereas, Garmin alerts continuously from about 500 meters from where the cameras are usually found.

Can Papago be changed to provide early warnings as well ???

Thank you all for your great work.
