Just curious, the dashboard mode only availabe for limited model for version 8.8.8?
Where is the shortcut if its available for all models?

Hi,

I'm updated my Sensonic GPS Map for Galactio software but after everything is done but it is not able to load the map.
Once I entered the interface it show the message as per below:

Map database cannot be loaded!
map\\MAL
Error code = -108
(_CANNOTOPENMAPDB)
Please contact distributor for advice quoting following device ID: 68020039A4

After 30sec of showing this it auto exit.

Kindly advice what can do for this?

Did you download the map and installed it after upgrading ypur software?

My Device is using the Galactio V8 version.
I've downloaded the file and follow the PDF File guide to update my maps.
Everything is updated and show successful, but when i click in to the Galactio interface for my GPS, it show the error as my previous post.

Are you using the same memory card or changed it? If both the Galactio Software & MFM map succesfully installed in the memory card provided with the GPS, it should work well. Otherwise you may have to re-install all over again. Have you downloaded your license file as well? at tim you need that to update the file properly.

I've downloaded the Galactio V8.8 from Galactio Website and re install the software all over again.
Following to update the maps together. Finally, the devices is working fine again.
