Hi hary98,

Do you mean installing the map separately on the SDCard while the application remains on the device memory? Currently, this is not supported by Galactio, we apologie for the inconvenience caused.

I had updated to v8.7 during the Sitex 2011.

I'm having problems with software:-

1. Hangs when out of the tunnel (KPE tunnel)
2. Hangs in the middle of navigation.
3. Application error pops out during navigation.
4. When coming out from sheltered carpark satelites locks took very long and sometimes never and hangs

Hi kannah,

We regret the inconvenience caused.

There will be an updated version of 8.7, which we are working on currently.
We will announce it on this forum once it is ready. If you are a registered user of Galactio online, you will also receive an email once the updated version of 8.7 is out

Anyone experiencing the same issue? Is there any fix to this. Thanks.

Hi ramnifer,

1. You can use the version Galactio 8.7 that would have resolved the issue that you mention. You can go back to the distributor to have your software updated to the latest version.

2. There are limited address data for the MFM Malaysia map, while the Singapore map will have the postal code for the address. The road names should be available, if not could you give an example of the road that you are looking for and we can check with the OngCC?

I am running Galactio Version V8.6.07 on device K-One N870. Purchased this on 2/11/11.
I have the following problems with it:

1. On starting the device the date appears as 01 Jan 2007 and time as 00:19. How do I change this to the current date.

2. I am unable to type and complete the address that i want and instead a totally irrelevant address appears in the 'suggested' space.

Please help.
Thank you.
