I don't think so. A grand building is coming up in Phase 2 (not sure what it is for) but I couldn't access the site to track... yet. :mrgreen:

This is the UTAR Kampar new hall - Tiong Hua style building, but more look like a temple. :mrgreen:

Yep, that's the building I saw from afar. Looks like some grand building from China. :shock:

Access road to that building is restricted at the moment.
