It is already there. Shown as Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Kelantan which part of the Islamic Hub.

bro sunn,
refer to the jpg above, the road starts from the traffic light and ends at the end of the brown polygon. Actually there's a fence at the end that cuts the road making it a dead end street. Hope this will help if not I'll drive there and get the co-ords in the morning.

from this point road (lane) continues around the buildings to parking lots etc.
