Please remove the name "Ulu Yam Recreation Park" (N3.31512 E101.69836) and "Tapak Perkhemahan Ulu Yam Recreation Park" (N3.31251 E101.69782). Same for the carpark reference (N3.31225 E101.69806).
All the POIs refer to Taman Eko Rimba Sungai Tua
North Entrance (N3.31512 E101.69836)
South Entrance (N3.31251 E101.69782)
Carpark should be renamed to Parking Taman Eko Rimba Sungai Tua
