It will take time for the mapper to locate where your POIs and tracks are from the map screen capture you provided. If you would assist him in giving the coordinates of the POIs (at the very least) it would be great. I would suggest you install Mapsource on your PC, mark the POIs and tracks, save the file in gdb or gpx format, then (re)submit.
You can get info on how to install Mapsource from the Library here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=735 There are a lot of articles and tips there too.
