road c is blocked wit divider, so can go 1. road A (To Jalan Istana)
2. unnamed road "To City Centre"
but not road B (Jalan DBP). hope this helps.

Bro Sunn,
Pls disconnect to avoid routing to this restricted area. Seems like a new project in progress and does not allow traffic to pass thru (gated).
