This is abnormal. I tested with Mapsource v6.13.7 and v6.16.2, and everything looked fine, no such issues.

Same here. I tested with Mapsource v6.13.7 and all POIs are in place at different levels of zoom.

I am using Mapsource v6.16.2, running on Windows XP SP3 but having issue. Thanks guys to help me verify it at your PC. By the way, when you guys checking, is it check on the same area as per capture screen by me ?

Location: Bandar Mahkota Cheras. (around N3 03.068 E101 47.264)

Yes, everything is the same. My Mapsource is v6.13.7 :D

Thanks dvpro and sobamy. In this case, is my PC issue. I have no idea to resolve it.. just leave it la.. Thx again for help to test.

Maybe you can try to re-install the maps; failing which, uninstall it, then re-install again... #-o

Ensure that you have a "clean" directoy/folder before doing the re-installation process. :-'
