1 way or 2 way here?

Dear brothers/sisters,
Need your advice... Jalan Tropicana Selatan is 1 way or 2 way.
Last night it route me to NSE damansara toll using that way. But when i reach the junction at NKVE, I was surprise it doesn't have stop look go sign, and it looks like an exit from NKVE. I do not see any no entry sign (overlook maybe?) when entering the junction N3 07.713 E101 35.946 too.
If the road is 2 way, plz be careful when you use this exit.
If the road is 1 way, bro Sunn plz make corrections on it.
