USJ 11 residential area has a number of roads closed for security reason as the relevant area has also been fenced up. Red flag markers show disconnected roads which aren't accessible anymore.

Routing to Sunway Medical Centre from Jalan Lagoon Selatan will take a long route instead of using the right-turn junction. It is a misleading route. Kindly help to check whether is there an error at the particular junction.
