Please remove this U-Turn, the actual U-Turn is shown on the picture, it is working okay.

You should have states that the U-Turn is at the traffic lights. I was there to check. It is reflected in the latest PPG maps.

Yeah, the picture I show previously is not large enough, therefore just make a short cut, because the forum website can't accept large photo pixels.
Personally, I recheck again two days, no such U-Turn.
